Check that the bot is still a group administrator, the chat is enabled through 📋 My Chats → 🔄 Toggle Active/Inactive, its schedule and timezone are correct, and messages arrived after the bot was connected. For a manual run, the connected chat owner must send the command.

PerfectMyChat cannot retrieve group history from before it was connected. Check the period boundaries: /summarize without a date starts at the most recent scheduled daily digest time. For attachments, the model sees the type and available text or caption, not file contents. Reviews use automatic daily digests rather than manual runs.

Without a date, it covers messages from the most recent scheduled daily digest time that has already passed to the current moment. With a date, it covers the full calendar day in the chat timezone. For continuity, only a successfully delivered automatic digest for exactly the previous calendar date may be used; an older digest is not substituted.

Yes. The connected chat owner can send /summarize DD-MM-YYYY in the group. It covers the full calendar day in the chat timezone. Accepted formats are 25-03-2026, 25/03/2026 and 25.03.2026.

Only the PerfectMyChat owner of the connected chat — the user who added it through the private bot menu — can run /summarize, /summarize_long and /update_profiles in that group. Use /start in the private conversation.

They use successfully delivered automatic daily digests; manual /summarize results are not included. Available data is used for an incomplete period, and no review is created without daily digests. The default schedule is Saturday at 09:00 in the chat timezone. One run sends one review: the 84-day review replaces the 28-day and 7-day reviews, while the 28-day review replaces the 7-day review. A date passed to /summarize_long is the inclusive end date.

Forward any group message to @userinfobot. It will show a negative numeric identifier such as -1001234567890. Enter the complete value, including the minus sign, after choosing ➕ Add Chat in the PerfectMyChat private menu.

A special full prompt contains shared rules and 31 personas. Each chat has a predictable order: all cards appear without repeats across 31 consecutive dates, the same date keeps the same choice, and skipped dates are not shifted forward. The model receives only the shared rules and the selected card. Rotation applies to automatic and manual daily digests, not to 7, 28 or 84-day reviews. A PerfectMyChat service operator enables the full file on request; no public request contact is currently listed. The public V1 file and canonical persona names remain in Russian.

Memory is available on Standard and Premium and is separate for each chat. With sufficient confidence, it may retain names and nicknames, roles, professional and personal context, preferences and communication style, recurring interests, topics and memes, important projects, other stable entities, and interactions between participants. Only information that the system considers current and sufficiently reliable is passed to digests; information below the confidence threshold is not passed. Repeated confirmation refreshes recency, and a new contradictory fact makes the previous one outdated. Information unconfirmed for 90 days moves to background history, while 180 days is an additional safety cutoff.

Automatic updates happen only after a successfully delivered automatic daily digest. The owner can run /update_profiles DD-MM-YYYY; it does not create a digest. /summarize and 7, 28 and 84-day reviews do not update memory. Previous memory is preserved on failure; disabling memory stops its use and updates but does not delete collected information. Users cannot view, edit or delete individual facts in the interface.

The word "remember" is ordinary message text. Filtering is probabilistic, not an absolute guarantee; memory must not retain passwords, tokens, payment and document data, exact addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and one-time codes.

The chat owner can send /update_profiles DD-MM-YYYY in the group. It updates memory for the full day in the chat timezone and does not create a digest. Recalculation is skipped if memory is unavailable or disabled, there are no messages for that date, or memory already covers that date or a later one.

Image generation is available on the Premium plan only. An illustration is created after the text is ready from the topics and mood of the period for daily digests and 7, 28 and 84-day reviews. Short text is sent as the image caption; long text is sent as a separate message. If images are disabled or generation fails, text is still delivered.

Check that the owner has an active Premium subscription and that images are enabled for this chat. If generation temporarily fails, the bot still sends the text, so a missing image does not mean the digest was lost.

For photos, videos, animations, documents, audio recordings, voice messages, video messages, stickers, locations, venues, contacts, polls, dice and stories, the model receives the attachment type and available text or caption, but it does not receive binary content and cannot recognize it. Without a caption, the attachment type is still included.

The plan controls the available AI models and features. Model counts for Free / Basic / Standard / Premium are 4 / 9 / 14 / 20. Memory is available on Standard and Premium, while image generation is Premium-only. See the pricing page or 🤖 Change Model for the current model list.

While a paid subscription is active, you can only extend the same plan by another 30 days. You can choose a different plan after the subscription ends and the bot applies the Free plan on the next interaction.

Telegram Stars are Telegram's built-in currency. Open 💎 Plans in the PerfectMyChat private menu, choose an available plan and confirm the in-app invoice. A subscription lasts 30 days; after successful payment, the bot shows its end date.
